DAY ONE: CHICAGO 11.01.2009

1st stop on The Dino Trail: Water Tower Place in front of Macy’s.  Got into an altercation with a cop on a segway.  No blood was shed, only tears.

B South pays for parking.  I direct the shit out of this scene.

Artwork at Threadless.  Me, jealous of the donut eaters.  Any Tilt fans in the house?  If not, you should definitely become one.

You’d Prefer An Astronaut.

Post-Halloween Threadless Party Warehouse Confusion.  I struggle to confirm I know all the parts to a song I am about to play for Mr. Bob Nanna & Company.

I know it’s not a toaster, but this little guy made me think of that awesome movie: The Brave Little Toaster(featuring the voices of Jon Lovitz and Phil Hartman).

Acoustic performance at Nick Trentacost’s house.  AKA: Summer Camp.  Super fun times to the max!

Don’t mess with a kid and his spaghetti.

That’s the day in pictures.  Thanks to all of you for the Japanese candies and the many conversations.  Thanks to Bob Nanna and Threadless for letting me loot the joint of t-shirts and play new tunes for the humans(it was also great to geek out about Jawbox).  Thanks to Nick Trentacost for letting me use his house as a punching bag and thanks to everyone who showed up.  You are all totally fucking loved ‘n’ shit!
